In early January, we temporarily paused new paid sign-ups to The Diesel Club.

We are currently working through a backlog of support tickets and card issuance. As a result, there may be a delay of up to 10 weeks for members who have not yet received a card.

Any member who joined before 5th January 2025 and has not received a card will receive a full refund of their joining fee, processed in due course.

Card issuance will continue and is reviewed on an account-by-account basis.

Therefore, we have to balance how many TDC members there are vs Tradespeople on our network. If you cancel your membership or use it less than 6 times in a year, your spot goes to the next person in line. You won't be able to rejoin and we refund your membership fee.
